Return & Refund Policy

At BobaFashion we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

1. Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

2. Condition

An item is eligible for return if:

  • It is unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • It is in its original condition with all original labels and packaging intact
  • The return is pre-authorized by our customer service team

Trying items on for fit is fine. Visible signs of wear, washing, or damage may lead to a reduction in the refund amount.

3. Not eligible for return

  • Items with broken hygiene seals
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Underwear, shapewear, and bras once the hygiene seal has been removed

4. How to start a return

Please contact us first at hello@bobafashion.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return and the reason
  • Clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Our team will confirm your return within one business day and share the exact next steps and return address. Please do not ship anything back before you have received our confirmation — parcels sent to any other address cannot be processed.

5. Return shipping and fees

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we cover it. A 15% restocking fee may apply to all approved returns to cover inspection and processing.

The restocking fee also applies to unopened parcels that are refused upon delivery or returned to us because they were left unclaimed.

6. Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After that, processing has begun and cancellation is no longer possible; you can request a return once the order has been delivered.

7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be finalized by your bank or payment provider.

The 15% restocking fee, where applicable, is deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
