These terms apply to your use of bobafashion.com and purchases from BobaFashion (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy. Business contact details appear in our Legal Notice.

1. Using our store

You must be legally able to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep account credentials secure. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, malicious software or interference with its operation.

2. Products and availability

Check the description, materials, measurements and available options for the specific item before ordering. Sizes can differ between styles. Photographs and screen settings may cause colors to appear different. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description. Products and availability may change.

3. Orders

Review your items, sizes, delivery address and final total before submitting an order. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill it because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, or an error affects the order, we will contact you. We will refund payment for any order we cancel or cannot fulfill. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, discounts and any delivery charges are displayed at checkout before purchase. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. Payments are processed by the payment provider selected there. See our Payment Policy.

5. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Our published estimates are 1–3 business days for processing plus 8–12 business days for shipping, approximately 9–15 business days in total. Shipping within the United States is free. See our Shipping Policy for details.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to agree to a revised timeframe or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by applicable law. Contact us if tracking says delivered but you have not received your parcel so we can investigate.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

For routine cancellation requests, contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. This cutoff does not restrict cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Eligible products have a 30-day return window from delivery. Contact us before sending a return for instructions and the correct address. Conditions, exclusions, return shipping costs, any applicable restocking fee and refund timing are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Statutory rights for defective, incorrect or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

7. Promotions

Offers are subject to their advertised conditions. Read our Promotions page for volume discounts. Check that your discount appears in the final checkout total before paying. Changes to future promotions do not change the agreed price of an accepted order.

8. Website content and third-party services

Website text, images and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Commercial reproduction requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party links and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Shopify hosts our store; purchases from this store are made with BobaFashion.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Where applicable, use Your Privacy Choices for opt-out requests relating to sale, sharing or targeted advertising.

10. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Contact us about a concern so we can work toward a resolution; this does not restrict your right to seek other remedies.

11. Changes

Updates apply to future use of the website and future purchases. The date above identifies the latest revision. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order.
